Wood Trim and Casing
Baseboard, crown, door and window casing — repaired, replaced or installed new, inside and out.
Geoff's Fix It installs and repairs interior and exterior wood trim on homes in Springfield and the towns around it. Estimates are free and in writing.
Interior trim
Baseboard, shoe and quarter round, chair rail and crown; and door and window casing. Trim that has to come off for a new floor or door gets removed carefully and reset. Interior work is a good fit for the colder months.
Exterior trim
Rotted window sills, corner boards, fascia and casing cut out and replaced.
What it costs
Rough starting figures — not a promise. Photos get you a closer number; a site visit, where the job needs one, gets you a firm one.
- Cut and mount trim — about $12.50 per piece
- Caulk and paint trim work — about $12.50 per linear foot

Materials are billed separately, and every visit has a $130 minimum that covers the first hour of labor.
