Every visit is subject to a minimum $130 that covers the first hour of labor. These prices reflect labor estimates only; parts and materials are either supplied by the customer or addressed separately. All prices below are starting rates for standard residential conditions. These are estimates I have developed over the last few years to help customers pre-judge their estimated project cost. Final quotes depend on scope, site conditions, and materials. Materials are billed separately at cost. All estimates are free.
