Not every deck needs a full replacement:
Three rotten boards, a railing that moves when you lean on it, a gate that won't latch, a fence post that's given up. These are good candidates for repair, and they should be priced like repairs. We do that work, and the prices are posted below so you know what you're looking at before you call.
Every visit has a $130 minimum that covers the first hour of labor. Materials are billed separately. Estimates are free and in writing.

Sometimes a repair isn't the fix
There are a few situations where patching is not the right move:
The framing underneath is soft.
Most of the fence posts have rotted off at ground level.
The ledger board was never flashed and the rim joist has gone spongy.
In these situations it would be beneficial to get multiple estimates from construction companies for a replacement, in addition to an estimate from us for in-depth repairs.
